thanks for the pics. I'll consider myself lucky that I don't have the issue!

Why disassemble the Car when the Aviation Industry has been using Anti-Fog Coatings for years.

Here's a product example;
https://www.fsicti.com/products/anti-fog-coatings/

I'd be hesitant in unsealing an HAVC system, you might never get the same quality factory seal/system performance back.

awww crap! i have that issue. I thought it was something i was doing wrong. I keep having to use the wipers to clear it since Florida is so damn hot. To have the car taken apart though? I think i will be making wiper producing companies rich since i don't want to go through that hassle.

The only thing they take apart us they remove the windshield. Then they go down the vent with a tool that has a camera and remove any extra goop from factory installation that is blocking vent door.

Well they broke the seal taking out the window and they apparently can't just replace the seal so they ordered me a brand new windshield..... It won't get here until Monday....

Im surprised that someone hasnt tried a bendy borescope and an articulated bendy grabber to snag those foam blocks yet... without removing the windshield. With something like these:

https://www.amazon.com/Endoscope-Bor...ords=borescope

https://www.amazon.com/Flex-Cable-4-...exible+grabber

I have had the same thing with every car I drive including my 2017 Camaro. You need to crank the heat, turn AC on and do not recirculate the air. I watched this video and it works great
