Why do people cover their plates? - Page 2

For those of you who don't know, FenwickHockey65 and Royal Tiger are LEOS and have access to the NCIC database, therefore enabling them to access info that the rest of us likely can't, or shouldn't be able to access. But I'm sure there are shady people out there who, for a fee, could possibly access that info as well. As I'm not on Facebook, no one can find out anything about me

I know right! 10,000 people can see your tag and write it down or take pictures of it while you go down the interstate, but you better cover that damned thing up when you post a picture of it!

Plus the people with vanity plates have no problem showing those off!

I almost forgot....what about the hundreds of pictures people HAVE taken of your car at car shows and cruise ins and gas stations and posted those online?
