Been there with a large screw in my Z06 run flats. Good year will not repair a hole if it's any where in the structural area of the tire. If I remember correctly, that includes any of the side wall and also tread area within 1.5 inches of sidewall. They replaced my tire and pro rated it.

The original owner of my Blue Dragon had it built with Nitrogen Run Flats. I'm assuming that this is why I do not have any kind of a spare, pump or fix-a-flat stuff.
