More detail please, these cars have a lot of nannies and restraints and modes if you see my thread I just opened this morning it may cover your answers.

I agree its the nannies. You're probably losing traction and don't realize it. I've had my traction control kick in at 70 mph. If you're flooring it and the road isn't smooth, sometimes the engine will back off and even apply brakes. This happens more as it gets colder and the tires have less traction. I doubt anything is wrong.

Go to the dealership asap! Have them inspect that's what a warranty is for.

Just note these cars can get sideways at 70plus without stability control at least for the m6 cars, experienced!! It

70mph drop into 3rd and let match bring you to 3800rpm then add a little throttle to get to 4500 then dump the clutch these cars pull hard, even with traction control on you can watch it ping all the way till you hit 4th at 6200
