Phone Holster?
When I get in my camaro, I plug my phone in to a usb cable I sneak out the passenger side on the center console so I can use Android Auto. Then I plunk my phone in the front cup holder. I’d like to free up that space, but I don't want a phone mount.
I don't look at the actual phone at all nor do I want the distraction. Anyone use those little dinky holders that slot in between the seat and the center console? Is that my only option? I mean, I know there is the center console, but my phone doesn’t really fit there. And it can’t fit in the holder behind that either. Im not opposed to cutting some plastic, as long as it still looks nice and oem-ish. I thought about cutting a long narrow slot in one of the blank plastic bits, but am not sure how I would fill the slot to make it look nicer. Thoughts? Thanks! |

I just leave my phone in the little holder behind the console. It is away from my view and do not obstruct anything.
