I'm pretty sure the heavy duty cooling and brake package is only available with the lt models, not the ss.

Fairly sure it is standard on the SS and that is why it can't be added.

Denver taco - yes, it is giving an error saying can't add v18 to car. Like it's looking only for the turbo engine? I'm thinking it's an ordering glitch in the system. I've already reached out to Chevy and got an I dunno and to have the dealer check with the sales BDM and the dealer said for me to just give up on that option.

Before I throw my hands up I just wanted to see if anyone else couldn't order it as well.

It looks like you are ordering everything correctly. Chevy needs to fix this asap, or risk losing customers. Is anybody from Chevrolet Customer Service lurking on this website ? Used to see input from them all the time on Camaro5.com.

The dealer needs to be more tenacious in trying to fix this problem, instead of telling you to "give up on that option". Incredible.

If the dealer can not get this figured out . . . . . well, how much effort are you willing to volunteer to help get it figured out? Maybe find out who from CCS is monitoring Camaro5 and shoot them a PM. I do not recall seeing any of them over here.

Customer service already transferred me to Chevy marketing which is where I got the I don't know. Is there another phone number or newer suggestions I should try to reach out to I'll definitely volunteer there's any other ideas.

So far it doesn't seem like Chevy cares so far...

The Online Order/Reference Guide looks like Y4Q includes the whole package. V18 is shown as included with 2.0 Turbo engine.

Seems like you should be good to go with just Y4Q. Hope they get it figured out for you!
