Drag pack help

Hey guys I’ve been looking into purchasing a used set of welds for quite some time now and finally have some one local selling them.
Everything about it seems good to me other than the tire being ridiculously tall it’s a 315/50/17 does anybody know if these will even fit on my 2017 SS?
I have 5mm spacers not sure if that will help, if anyone can help me out I’d appreciate it!

i think that's awful tall for a Camaro. .
