I had a nail in a similar location but near the outside edge of a rear tire. I did a diy plug fix from the outside with a Slime kit because it was too close to the sidewall for a reputable shop to plug/patch from the inside. I did some autocross (with no issues) to finish off the remaining tread depth since it was almost gone anyways but wasn't comfortable with the risk of doing a track day on it.

For daily or street use, no problem.
For track or autocross, no way.
