Just to open this up a little bit. Can the oil pressure sensor be the culpit, at least in some of the reported failures?

Adding a Katech oil pump with the cam job as a precaution. Back order was nasty and I was lucky to make the recent batch
Anyone here running one?

The variable actuator failure, I think, was either a fault in engineering/ production or incorrect materials, think the valve spring failure scenario. |

Welp, add me to the list.
Build: 07/17 MY: 2018 Mileage: 4,XXX Reduced engine power CEL after a spirited drive, a few more miles of normal driving then zero oil pressure. Towed home. Going to the dealer hopefully this week.
