Help! MAF/O2 sensor fuse keeps blowing.

Car lost power to the MAF yesterday on the way home. Pulled the fuse and sure enough it was blown. Checked the harness to find no frayed or damaged wiring. Changed the fuse drove around for it a bit and it popped again. I swapped MAF sensors and it still happens. I noticed the fuse is shared with o2 sensors but I have no codes for o2 sensors but all the codes for the MAF. Any way this could be a faulty o2 sensor or do you think this is a wiring problem?

Even with the rear o2 sensors disconnected could they’re part of the harness cause a short ?
