Bolt Question

Found this bolt laying next to car in my garage, I haven’t worked on it at all so have no clue if it’s from my car. Thoughts anyone?

As long as it's not in your tire... you're good.

Looks like it could be the drain plug for the blinker fluid reservoir........J/K
Did you check the striker plate or latch on the door?

Door latch/locks are the only place I have seen a bolt like that used on other cars. I dont recall ever seeing one like that anyplace underneath it

Hard to tell by the scale / size - but shape looks like one of the rotor to hub fasteners.

I don't believe that to be anything belonging to the Camaro.

On a side note if anyone knows what this is? This did come from my ZL1. I don't know where it goes. It was dragging under my car.

Done mean to hijack but no point in making a bu ch of what is this threads, maybe retitle what is this official thread. Let everyone ask in one place.

Ah, yes. T27 for those that are often very hard to get loose without stripping.

Attachment 987204

If it's fuzzy (looks like it is from the pic) then it probably comes from inside the front quarter panels. It goes just in front of doors and you can see it when the doors are opened.
