Cool
I think you'll be happy with the Indy 500's

Lots of these guys running $2000 tires can't even drive their cars to the capability of those tires anyways lol

Lots of big spenders on here

Haha, true that, but it's okay, isn't it? I doubt you use all the bedrooms and bathrooms in your house to their "full capabilities" either

I decided to go Square setup, affordable tires. (Though haven't done a full track session/day yet - life is getting in the way...)Wanted to rotate to extend life. However, for a V6 1le the cheapest route is shopping around for oe SS takeoffs - did that for a second set (paid 200 for a full set and tracked them twice + autox no issues - which money saved went to the apex wheels)

Second, alignment - if you are looking for longevity - no toe, and I'd use 2~2.5° front camber, 1~1.5° rear...don't wear out the outer edge from track, and minimal inner wear from toe)

As for a square setup - it's worth it.

19x10.5 with 275/35R19 Rs-pro - 2 years ago paid 660 for a full set.. (price now it's 243.00 per :/ ) [prices are approx for a 285 19"]

Observations - rotating has really added in life, 2 summers and 15k miles inner tread is nearly gone, to much toe and a lot of highway miles - cupping on inner edge creating lot of road noise (at front mainly - rotating helped for a while). Will hydroplane badly over 50mph in heavy rain after about 5 to 8k miles. Id say these are great overall if the price was still under 700....

Running square - the improved front grip & balance is outstanding - you can really stand on the nose and rotate the car.

Personally, I'm going with Advan apex 601 (212~240 per) next or Conti ECS (350 per) - would like a slightly quieter tire & better wet traction - compromise to road trip/track/price. (Firehawk is 270 per)

Just wondering if you ever drove the Federal 595 RS-RR and how the RS-Pro compares to those in terms of road noise? The RS-RR's were *v e r y* noisy for everyday driving.
