Wheel hop

Anyone that's added boost and wider, stickier tires getting any wheel hop on hard acceleration? I've had it happen a couple times so I ordered some of the BMR upgrades and am waiting for them to come in.

I haven't, on stocks, 26" Mt et SS or 28" Hoosiers

What are you driving on the street - your stock wheels w/the run flats? I wasn't having it happen with my stock tires since they would spin pretty easy. If I'm purposely launching with TC off it doesn't happen with my Pilot Super Sports, only if I hit it hard and don't turn it off.

The rear lockout kit from BMR would be the starting point. Maybe wait for the sway bars to come in as well.

Seems I'm following along behind you on many things. I'm still on the factory wheels and tires, but will upgrade to wider wheels/tires soon.

I'm also looking at some minor BMR components to help with suspension control. I do want to keep the increase in NVH to a minimum though.

Specifically, what upgrades are you looking at?

Sorry I just saw this. I had Jannetty order trailing arms, bushings, upper control arms and toe links for me. They received all but one of the boxes 3 weeks ago now. Apparently there's one with a shipping label that hasn't left BMR yet for reasons unknown.

Gotcha, Eric said he responded to your PM yesterday and the last package is in transit.

That stuff is going to make a night and day difference in the car! I think you are going to be very very happy with once the parts go in!
