Those rotors are NOT for the ZL1.

I'll say it again, as of now, there are no aftermarket rotor options for the ZL1.

It does appear at this time there is no front rotor option for the ZL1. Which kind of sucks for track rats. I'm sure somebody with more know-how than me will figure this out.

I use KNS brakes as well. It's where I purchased my Carbotech brake pads for the Z, but as you said, there's no front rotor options. I talked to one of the guys there and they said they were trying to get DBA to make a rotor, but I have no time line on that.

Take a look at a company called Girodisc.com.I had a email convo in late spring of last year and they were looking at doing the front and rear 2 piece rotors for the ZL1 but needed to borrow front and rear rotors to take measurements. I was going to send in mine but some things came up and haven't been able to. Give them a shout and let us know what you find out.

I love their stuff. I ran them on a previous car. Last time I talked to them they said if a few people expressed interest they would make some. I started this thread but didn't get a lot of traction.

I emailed GiroDisc and they sent this today

We have and we have actually just finished up our first prototype pair of them so we’ll be doing a test fit here in the very near future with a production run shortly behind that.

If you like I can put you on my list of people interested and let you know as soon as they are available.

so email them sales@girodisc.com if you are interested! I'll be needing new rotors/pads this year, so that would be awesome.

If the new rotors are cross drilled and slotted, I'm in? I have them on my 2013 ZL1 but can't remember exactly where I got them from?

Wow the slotted front rotors for the C7 Z06 with iron discs is $1000... If they ZL1 rotors cost that much, I am out. However, if they are closer to the $600 - $700 range, I would be interested in girodisc as well.

The z/28 iron rotors from giro are 1200$ per axle. I would imagine similar pricing for the zl1

Racing brake wants 1700.00 pair front and 2700 for fr and rear.

To each their own, but there is plenty of research regarding the negatives of drilled & slotted rotors for many race/track/performance applications.

A lot of professional race teams use blank rotors or very slightly slotted (not slotted through) rotors.
