I took delivery of mine in the end of February and I did extra driving with it than I normally would cause I really enjoy the car however in that time frame I only barely hit the 1k milestone when I drove it Saturday. I might take it to Connecticut though and give my Dad a ride in it like he gave me a ride in his. He had a third gen when I was extremely young and in my earliest childhood memories I remember enjoying the rides he gave me in it and the roar of that V8. CT and back would be a 2800 round trip not counting miles driven while visiting. If I do not do the trip I will probably end up with 3k maybe 5k at the most by the end of the year. EDIT: Exactly 1002 miles on my car right now. I checked out of curiosity lol

Nope, she's just a toy that I drive for pleasure/fun. At that place in my life where I can afford more than just one car payment. Plus, the Northeast Ohio winters keep her in the garage for like 1/3 of the year.

Same, even with true dd cars at my house I still look for reasons to drive the camaro, 24k in almost 2 years. 18.5k in the first year because it was just too much fun, though now that I drive it less, it makes it more fun everytime I do get in it.

I have a 2017 2SS with 26,500 and It will be awhile before it hits 100,000. It’s my weekend car at best. Since I don’t drive it often, every time I do it feels like the first time. I got this goofy smile on my face and just enjoy the ride!

I will definitely get there some day, it’s my daily driver but that hasn’t meant much lately. Even when I’m full time commuting it’s about 6k a year. Would love to see how these motors are holding up - curious if any early C7 Vette owners have trouble with them.

At the current rate I drive it, the car will have 100K by the time it is 30 years old.

I'm at 59650 right now after four plus years of ownership.
I'm active duty Navy and have done two deployments. I drive a lot from Virginia to New York, driven from New York to Chicago and back, and in March I drove from New York to San Diego, Ca.

I’m no help here.. Mine is a weekend toy and it only has 925 miles on it. Bought it new and owned it 3 1/2 years.

Hit 44,000 the other day. It's been 4 years and 37 days.

I'll probably put 100,000 miles on mine approximately never. I put about 3,500 miles on it in 3 years.

Its lost on me why we don.t drive these cars more. My commute is short but I drive it every day (pretty hard) so I have 13K+ after a year and a half. Its not like they require a bunch more maintenance, heck, plugs are good for almost 100K miles with the V8.

I've actually been looking for another Iroc as well, and maybe a Wrangler too. Both of which would mean even LESS time in the SS. -and my wife wants a convertible Z4, so we can drive it on day trips. I argue that I like to drive the SS on day trips, especially since my last Iroc was too rowdy to really enjoy for any length of time. She points out that I want to keep my SS, buy another Iroc, AND a wrangler, plus DD my GMC....and she just has one car. Somewhat hard to argue against her, but I put up a good fight! LOL Still....this is how miles stay off cars! |

My 2020 2SS is just over 4 months old and have 1,460 miles on it, (I just put 175 miles on it this past Saturday on a Mountain run)... Eventually, it will be my daily driver and will see 8,000-10,000 miles per year, but for now it is my toy car (hopefully for the next 2 years or so at least)... It is a blast to drive, but I also want to keep it "new"...
