Trans tune should of been one of the first things done to the car.

Gotcha. I got my tcm unlocked. I’ll try bumping up the pressure. Any advise on how much? 10% or more? Stock is 174 psi in the higher torque areas on fourth and fifth gear. The only pressure hptuners gives me access to is the base line pressure.

I haven't been able to get substantial proof that these tables effect anything. That being said I would rather adjust the pressure in the upshift tab, that way you can individually adjust the pressures for pattern x or y or z so you can make different ones for sport mode and tour. I think we also need to increase TCM [5100], the question is how much is safe? I have seen other peoples tunes go up to 372.5 psi, I think stock its like 170 psi, that seems like a lot to me.

All of the stock settings are ultra conservative to make the transmission feel seamless on shifts...that is honestly harder on the parts. One thing that kills a transmission faster is slipping. Firm shifts while might make you think it's harder on the trans really isn't because it keeps the clutches cooler due to less slip.

The shift time, shift inertia, shift pressure all need adjusted along with other things.

One thing I would try first is a Fast learn reset in VCM controls of the HPt scanner. Put the car in drive while running, In VCM control/transmission select fast learn reset, then select presets, the car will go into neutral. Put back into park, shut off, open/close door, wait about 2 minutes for all controllers to turn off. Start up and go drive... it will shift like shit for a few miles before it relearns.
