Anyone mount tweeter pods in a 1SS yet?

Anyone mount tweeter pods or surface mount tweeters in a 1SS yet?

Would love to see some pictures.

Why not use the factory locations at the front corners of the dash?

I was under the impression that getting into the dash was a lot of trouble.

I wonder what size tweeters are the 1SS dash tweeter spots?

For imaging purposes, that location is pretty far from the mid, but i could live with it if the location is easy to work with.

Actually just mounted a set in mine today. I put a few pics up in my build thread. They were easier to get to than I thought they would be. The driver side tweeters one mounting screw towards the center of the car was a royal pain in the butt to get to because it is so close to the windshield and not much clearance to work with, however the passenger side is really easy to get to.

Easy to mount in the factory location. I have Hybrid Audio Legatia tweeters in the factory spot.

Did you have to run new wiring? Or did you two into the door speakers?
