After market exhaust?

I really like my stock exhaust at cold start and under heavy throttle when in track mode but it lacks sound at warm idle and under lighter throttle. My concern with putting on after market exhaust is drone and being to loud in the Am and on the highway at cruising speed. Does the Borla with NPP fit the bill with sound and tameness when wanted? I love the Corsa clips on line, but worry it will be too loud in the morning when I leave for work, I'm also wondering how it does at cruising speed? Thoughts?

If you get an exhaust that has the valves or reuses the stock valves then you can just leave it in stealth mode for startups. I'm not sure about drone on some of the other systems but my MBRP Race catback has virtually no drone...but it also eliminates the valves and startups are loud as all hell.

I did headers before catback, and honestly I will probably pass on the catback now.

How is the sound after adding the headers? Do you have a sound clip or video?

U should just do headers and forget the catback setups honestly less chance of buying a system with drone like that.

Why anyone would not replace the catback is beyond me... just look at that crushed section... plus weight savings.

Here's a short one with a cold start. Sorry about the weird sounding revs, I think my valves closed after start.
It is loud as hell when you go WOT.

All about the headers...just know that headers are one of those items that can void the warranty...

Unfortunately, Ford has figured out the exhaust note...all the popping and crackling remind me of the old cherry bombs or glass packs...

What about the exhaust has Ford figured out? Every Mustang I hear sounds annoying...
