I was also in contact with the vendor today and sent them the entire string of emails with SW... They told me they will get back to me tomorrow and do whatever they can to help.

I too had a problem with my Stainless Works Cat-Back System. The driver side leaked at the cat. Tried three times to get the leak to stop with no luck. My installer seemed clueless too. I took it to Stainless Works to install the headers and high flow cats to the cat-back and all is well.
Also my exhaust did stick out about an one and a half inches past the bumper but it looked ok. After the header and high flow cats the exhaust was flush with the bumper like a factory install.
Lucky I live a hour away from Stainless Works and they took care of me.
For 2500 bucks I think they could do better with how the exhaust attached to the driver side cat. I think a wide band clamp would of fixed my exhaust leak.
But the car sounds great with headers and full Stainless Works Exhaust.
I do understand your anger with Stainless Works but for me the sound was worth the headache.
If you have any questions I could help you with PM me.

I have the same SW exhaust system (w/ AFM & NPP). Although, I installed mine along with the SW 2” Headers and HF Cats. I didn’t have ANY issues with fitment of anything, pretty much slid in like butter! A buddy of mine did most of the work (while i helped) in his shop on a full lift, so I’m sure that probably made the install quite a bit easier. I’m sorry you’re having all these issues, I’d be pissed too! But as for me, I love my SW system!

Maybe you could suggest one of there technicians boards a plane to visit you in NJ. If I was that business owner, I would be taking every opportunity to make it right with you.

I got a sw catted down pipe for my focus st around 2019. The hangers were way off. I ended up keeping my china catless down pipe on. It was well made and fit perfect for a fraction of the cost of the sw down pipe.

Disregard. I found the latest post.

I'm pretty much in the same situation now. Funny how I find these threads after the fact.
