Replacing 3R in Pairs
Anyone replace the 3R on just the front or rear axle rather than all 4 and track the car?
I had a front tire delaminate and I'm trying to decide if replacing only the 2 fronts will cause a balance issue. The rears have about 60% tread remaining. |

I've replaced pairs due to track debris.
Never had an issue.

I’ve replaced just one also and had no issues.

Fronts wear twice as fast, so I go: replace fronts, replace all 4, replace fronts, replace all 4, etc.
Stay in ptm sport1 if the rears get much worse than the fronts. |

I haven't had to replace in pairs yet due to my true square setup rotation. Also got another 2 days out of them by flipping the tire on the rim.
