Overheat
Hey folks, I'm having trouble for over a year now. My car gets overheating like 250 degree and over when idle that makes the fan start working hard but the temperature keeps rising. This happens when I drive the car in town for awhile and set it to idle, but when I drive again, temperature reduces. I had it checked into many shops, but the answers are the same which is everything is good since the car doesn't overheat there. Anybody had this problem before? Please help

Did you check the coolant level on the radiator and the surge tank ? I had the same problem and I would only checked the radiator for the coolant level, turned out I didnt have any coolant on the surge tank, I refilled it and everything was good again. If you haven't checked there already you might want to look there and check if there's coolant.
