The 4 valve heads respond very well to boost. That's just the advantage they have.

Honestly a mistake owner.. I mean a Mustang owners biggest enemy is themselves. So we'll leave it at as far as competing is concerned.
Back to the original topic. With any amount of money it's easy to make power. I always found when it comes to HP wars, the deeper pocket wins. A whipple on our bad boys will get you to roughly 600rwhp on 91. With some extra supporting mods you will push the envelope more. The thing with our SS's is that if you're shooting for that kind of power, it calls for why not get a ZL1 in the first place plus the peace of mind of warranty. Like you mentioned before. You have a stock track machine ready. Just try not to play into his game cause he will ALWAYS bring up HP to make up for the lack of suspension/track performance. |

I have read in several places that the efficiency of drive trains has gotten better. Aren't we looking at 15% and 12% losses now? Am I wrong in that assumption? Can I get a professional to clarify, please?

It has to be less than 20% these days. Does anyone know for sure?
