Yes. The hood is different finish though because it's wrapped.

There are few "error cars" (ZLEs)out there with gloss rockers. I think mlee has one a car with such an error.

The matte black is primer its not durable which you will see once out of the box! however it can be used like that like many have!

The replacement ZLE splitters come pre-painted ready for install, I have one sitting in my garage awaiting install after I do more damage to my damaged splitter.

It's nice that they're under $200 from dealer, I like to think GM priced them like this knowing ZLE drivers would break them often at the track like I did. Parts like this are usually overpriced at $400+

Hmm. So who is right?

SFV1LE, I assume you bought just the center section for under $200 and not the winglets?

I can tell you it doesn't have hardener in it the black does match some what but its definitely not prepainted.

Curious to know how your install goes, you doing your own install? Fairly straight forward?

I haven't installed yet but it looks very easy, I do certain things on my cars and avoid many others and this is one I'd do. I have a low rise Bendpak LR-60P that makes access no problem.

It looks like I'm wrong but I didn't compare it that closely so I assumed it matches, if I can't tell looking at it then as far as I'm concerned it matches... It'll get peppered with track gravel within a few months of install :-)
