So i recently had my front fascia replaced after someone from work backed thru it with a trailer hitch. When i went to do my pre-release walkaround i noticed they lost or broke who knows the top 2 button cap screws wasn't that upset sent an email to Novistretch offering to pay for a few new ones and they sent them out free of charge in a few days.

Had a similar experience with a tear in my Novistretch bra, and it was my fault. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement free of charge. That's pretty rare these days.
