Put the car on the dyno!

So, I got the car tuned yesterday on the same dyno that I put it on when it was stock. The car made 399.6 stock, made 425rwhp with a hi-ram, secondary cat delete, cutted primary, dumped hooker x-pipe, stock airbox, on 93 octane. Tuned it on E and made 450rwhp. The dyno is a loaded mustang dyno and the pulls were all done in 5th gear. I’m pretty happy with the results! I’ll post some pictures up later tonight!

Thats about 459 stock versus 517 modded, not bad for no headers.

I think he is converting it to the fly.

Stock Factory fly 455 your mods put it to about 522 to the fly. Give or take a few, not exact. But ballpark.

459 to the rear no cam / heads just tune, intake and E85 is insane. It takes a cam to put an LS3 in that territory.

Ah, I see what you’re saying now. I’m new to the gen V stuff so, I’m still kind of learning. From the looks, I got 25 from the intake and 25 from E

Headers, ported stock TB & intake, e85 and a tune will get you there on an LT1.

The RWHP fiqures equate to roughly 459 crank horse versus 455 factory rated, and the modded crank horse rating roughly 517.

Here’s the graph, the torque isn’t right... so it did not lose 100ft lb. It had something to do with the RPM syncs being off. 🤷🏻*♂️
