2010 Camaro SS reasonable price?

I found a 2010 Camaro 2ss fully loaded 6spd manual, even has the sunroof, heated seats, etc. white exterior with black leather interior. only has 45k miles on the clock completely stock two owner vehicle. The seller told me his lowest price would be $18.5k for the car... would I be overpaying or is this a reasonable deal? I am also located in california if that would affect the price

It is an extremely reasonable price, $18.5k is trade in value. I'm surprised he didn't ask $20k as he's going to lose money on that sale. Closest comp is $22.5k with 40k in Cali from a dealer. There is a white one in New Jersey with 15k mi for $20k however, but obviously would involve a plane ride and 4 day drive home. There are half a dozen others available with 20k miles around $21k, but all in central or eastern US.

I was able to talk him down from his 20k asking price on the ad, I find ads on craigslist, autotrader, kbb, cars.com, etc. Any other sites that I should be looking at to find cars? I most likely will pull the trigger on this camaro cause the condition of the car is amazing and has the service records since it was bought
