Can we use the Ultra Torque Lubricant in our Aluminum blocks..... Just wanted to clear this up before I install. If I can how much do I use? Has anyone used the Lubricant?

Also I read somewhere to follow torque sequence but to torque 25 ftlbs on the first time, 50 the next, and finish with 75. Is this correct?
