Why do they insist on making electric vehicles so ugly. I don't get it, like its like they have to make all electric vehicles scream look at me I am an electric vehicle.
I think that is one reason Tesla is so popular, to me the Model S doesn't scream electric and that is what draws people into it.

Pretty much. Electric cars have also historically prioritized aerodynamics in order to eek out every last mile from the battery. That leads to odd shapes and design choices.
