Don’t buy from phastek

Just wanted to let others know how phastek will have a big sale and when try to complete an order the website will just crash and just not complete it. I tried to order some stuff last thing to meet the sales date and site kept freezing up when tried to complete it. So left it till this morning and of course the cart is now 150 bucks higher on my order. So I called to get the same price and they won’t do it. Only offer some shitty 5 percent claiming this is a bmr thing. A shitty way to do business so don’t buy from these people.

Sorry to hear that man, maybe BMR can help you out? There is a rep on here somewhere, I am sure you can find him in the suspension sub section.

I have always had great experiences with Phastek, but they are local to me so I shop in person. The issue was with their website though, so I would be upset too as they should make that right.

the thing is you never know when these sales deals expire - many are very limited timeframes. You could have called Phasetek the day the website was freezing up, unless it was later than normal business hours.

That sucks indeed. Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate from ordering from them again as they have treated me right previously.

Yeah, Ive had luck with Phastek in the past. I do know however that I sometimes have trouble navigating there website. It never hindered me completing a order though. I think it does suck that they wont give you the markdown price though.

So for $150, they're willing to lose a lot more money on future sales. I will be watching this thread to see if they make it right before I buy anything.

Phastek has been one the best aftermarket sites I have ever bought from, always done right by me and always there to answer questions.

I will say that on some items they have a number set by the manufacturer and they can't go below that number or they risk losing their license to sell said companies items.

Never had a problem with Phastek, and I've purchased several items from them, ranging from a couple bucks to thousands.

The sales front of the website is indeed not the best, and it's very unfortunate that OP wasn't able to complete a purchase, but I wouldn't dismiss a company out of frustration because of a single website glitch. Maybe trying another device or browser or simply making a phone call might have helped.

I apologize for this inconvenience. I was the one who spoke to you on the phone this morning. After our initial phone call BMR reached out to us that you had emailed them about this sale. This is their sale that is extended through us and as one of their vendors we needed to obtain their permission to extend the price matching to you post sale.

Following my communication with BMR I did emailed you in attempt to correct this issue.
