Question for 2” Kooks headers and green cats - AWE

I have a full AWE system after the primary cats,.. link pipes, resonated mid pipes and Touring catback. Will the Kooks headers and green cats bolt up to the AWE kit or will it require welding, fabbing, exhaust shop work?

I’m thinking it should be close to aligning if the link pipes are left off with the headers.

There will be some fabrication required. Even with the link pipes, they will not line up. Unfortunately as per AWE rep, there is no header out there that lines up with their systems.

If its cut right, no additional pipe should be needed. I had a full AWE catback exhaust before I took my car to Vengeance Racing to have the Kooks 2" headers and green cats installed, they didn't have to add any pipe.

Nice. This is the info I’m looking for. Appreciate it.

I will say this though, my tips use to stick out a little further than they do now, VR had to pull the exhaust forward some to make them fit the cat pipes, but it honestly looks better now, the tips don't stick out quite as far and are tucked flush with the rear fascia.
