Soler TC with Range AFM disable

I’ve seen Soler recommend not using a range device to disable AFM with their throttle controller. Any specific reason why (it was in ZL1 section - so I don’t know if there is a difference there from a SS)?

I know folks using the Vitness with Range and no issues... would love to run both as I want to go with a full SW catback with afm delete but I need the range to do that (not voiding warranty yet...).

Any thoughts?

Is it only with their TC or with their TB as well?

TC but I think I’ve only seen it mentioned in one thread so I was just curious what the reason is.

Gotcha. Reason I asked is because I have their TB, and was considering the range device as well. I'm curious too. If you can run one with other TC's then I'm thinking it's just a misprint, but who knows.

Reach out to Mike with your questions either on their web site or a PM to Mike@SolerPerformanceLLC. He has always been quick to reply to any questions I had about their products.

No problem there. A while ago we had a customer that had issues with both, but in the end the issue was related to something else and it all worked. At this point, there are so many customers using both that we have no doubt they work well together and they do not interfere.

Thanks Mike. I actually ordered your TB/TC and it has been working fine with the Range for 3+ weeks now. Great products!
