*SOLD* 2018 SS 1LE w/PDR, NGM 1SS 7,900 miles w/ tasteful upgrades
After a little over two years of ownership, I’ve reluctantly decided to part ways with my 1LE. Shortly after it’s purchase I went through a major career change (boring mature 45 year old guy) which means I’ve had very little time to enjoy it. Which kills me... It spends the majority of its time sleeping on a battery tender, under an indoor cover, in a climate controlled garage. A one-owner car, I purchased it brand new from Reliable Chevrolet in Dallas. About 15% of its 7,9XX miles were put on during a winding and extended drive home (to St. Louis). The mileage may go up a few hundred if I find any time to drive it while the ad runs.
It’s a 1SS package car with the PDR option. Last winter (about 1,200 miles ago) I had CBI Street Cars perform a Stage 2 type performance package that combined the following work: • Rotofab dry-filter cold air intake with sound-tube delete • Katech ported throttle body • Pray Performance ported intake manifold • ARH Ceramic Coated Long tube headers (long system) with high-flow cats and an x-pipe connected to the factory NPP dual-mode exhaust. • Custom tune by Shane Hinds • Performance plug wires and high-temp boots • Starter wrapped in heat reflective jacket • BMR rear cradle bushing insert lockout kit (full corrective alignment after) All T.T.Y. hardware replaced with new OEM parts during installation. Both the sound and performance are simply amazing. Zero drone at highway speeds yet utterly ferocious under swift acceleration. The rear end has a significantly more planted feel under load after the BMR kit was installed. All of the modifications were worth every dollar spent! Additional exterior care and maintenance items are as follows: • Ceramic Coating of entire vehicle including the wheels • Xpel PPF on the entire front bumper, leading portion of fenders, and the whole vertical portions of the rear 1/4 panels from the bottom of the rockers up to the belt line • Black factory bow ties (front and rear) • OEM color matched splash/rock guards, (front and rear) • Oil and diff fluid changed at 1,500 and 6,000 miles • Transmission fluid changed to Royal Purple Synchromax A Camaro indoor car cover will be included with the sale. Overall the vehicle is in excellent/pampered condition, the majority of its mileage has been put on the highway. I’m biased of course, but Nightfall Grey Metallic (in my opinion) is the best color for the best looking (pre-facelifted) SS 1LE. It looks absolutely spectacular in any light. Beautiful Camaro, the NGM compliments the 1LE wheels perfectly.
If it wasn't for pandemic pushing my plans back 6-8 months I'd be all over this car! -Good luck on sale. |
