85% max on TPS on data log?

Is it normal for the wide open throttle percentages to max at 85%.

Was looking at my last data log with efi live and it was only max open at 85% even tho the gas pedal was full depressed for most of the log

If you ever see 0% or 100% then you should be worried.

From what I have read normal is 10-90%.
What does yours read with a closed throttle?

yup. the butterfly valve cannot possibly hit 100% due to the way it is chamfered in the TB. at least my V8 5.3l was that way.

I'm not sure what the tps reads with no pedal input, I'll have to check later

I did some reading too and it seems that the 85% to 89% is what most see as well at wot on the tps %

Don't forget us V6'ers will not get WOT until 4K rpms. Not even a tune will change that.

Don't forget that back in the '70s/'80s when the Quadrajet had vacuum controlled secondaries you could change to a lighter spring and obtain total bog at low RPMs.

I just did a WOT run & data log yesterday Absolute Throttle % range min was 15.29% at Idle and it maxed out at 84.7% at WOT. I sent the Data Log to DynoSteve to tweak my tune some.
