Holley Hi-Ram Installation & Hoses Connection Questions

Hey Guy,

I recently picked up a 105mm Holley Hi-Ram after a year long backorder and I'm just collecting everything I am going to need for the install. In terms of the physical install there's lots of information out there, chop the hood, and trim the rain tray in the back for physical clearance, etc.

What I cant seem to find any information on is all the vacuum connections and if a MAP extension harness is needed.

This is all I have so far:

Brake booster line, cut off fitting and attach with - 90' PTC connector (1/4npt - 1/2 PTC 90')

But that still leaves the 2 vent/vac lines, one from my catch can (Mishimoto) and one from the factory valve cover catch can.

Also what I believe is the PCV valve on the passenger side of the factory IM.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm in the same boat as my high ram should be at my house tomorrow. I believe you do need the extension for the map sensor because it goes into the back of the manifold. I bought one from ICT billet off of Amazon.

I was told with a little careful wire loom trimming you can get the stock map wire to reach.

I did a 2016 SS build with the high ram and this what I did. The vacuum for catch can went on the back fitting of the high ram. The map sensor I just made the wires longer but there are extensions out there now and you can use the LT2 map extension that is being used to fit the LT2 on the camaro. I also extended the wires for TB but there are extenders for that to, just google. Michigan Motors I think has them or K-Tech possibly. The evap sensor on passenger side I just had my tuner tune that out and shut it off. Getting the AFR right was the biggest thing, get a gauge because it helps. The break booster line just ties into the back in one of the ports or use a T like u said. I ended up getting a vacuum booster to help with the low vacuum after adding a cam. It was a fun build and good luck with yours.
