Ati harmonic balancer won’t fully seat
Hi I’m having issues with my ati harmonic balancer huh to fully seat. I try so hard to torque the stock crank bolt to sit the hub down fully but it won’t torque it down any more. I need help. Anyone has advice? Thanks

You need an installer tool or you'll pull the threads out the crank, also the factory crank bolt wont work unless you shave the collar on a bench grinder.

You have to hone them per ATI

Which usually isn't much at all, if any. Use anti seize on the inside of the hub where it slides over the crank snout.
It's also possible the woodruff key is binding in the crank keyway.
