Never heard of an L title, might be an NJ thing. Even an R title, that’s pretty good for the buyer. You won’t get in Z/28 for less.

It means it was “lemon’d”. In certain states (maybe all) if you take the car back to the dealer for an “issue” a certain number of times within a certain time span, they are forced to take it off your hands via Lemon law. So, going forward the car will show that an owner lemoned it back to the dealer at some point.

Man, what a rip-off! Pay that much for a car and it doesn't even have A/C. LOL!!! When I was Z/28 shopping I REALLY wanted one without A/C. There was one in Kentucky but I found my current "fully loaded" version 1st. Absolutely no regrets but the bare bones version still appeals to me. Hope the new owner of this one shows up here.
