FPCM and E85
First off I know E85 doesn’t offer much power so don’t need to cloud the thread with all that BS.
So I’m doing E85 and I have almost have everything to do the install except for a FPCM, the question is I won’t have time to swap the fuel pump out while home on vacation, but will be doing H/C/I. Will the SS pump be ok with a ZL1 FPCM installed or at least a SS module reprogrammed even though I won’t be utilizing E85 till I get the pump installed?? I’ll have the sensor, injectors, and tune installed and adjusted for E85 again won’t run it till I’m 100% ready. Or will I be better off just installing the pump at a later date and then get it retuned then?

If the new combo minus E85 doesn't require the additional volume from the ZL1 pump then I think you would be fine. Best bet is to check with your tuner though.

Yes, the SS pump will work with a zl1 FPCM or a reflashed SS module. I am out of fuel pump at 50% E with H/C. So if you do run E before you throw the Zl1 pump in be careful.

Awesome info might just leave it out till I’m 100% ready.
