Drive Cycle Problem

Did the drive cycle as instructed all from cold start,about 10 times, got the EVA to stop flashing,
did a couple more runs to reset the other 2 now the EVA is flashing again!

anyone else have this happen?

Here, in Illinois, we need 2 out of 3 as ready. My EVAP was not ready when I passed a couple of years ago.
I think I read on this site that NY is the same, 2/3. Their web site should have the info, or ask the test station.

Thank you for taking the time and replying to my question, I am aware of the NY State requirements. My question was if anyone had the EVA stop flashing and then start flashing again while doing the Drive Cycle
