There are some videos of the Cobalt with the cam on Youtube if you do some digging. I think StrictlyLTG is going to install one sometime soon? Maybe?

Being VVT, it isnt going to have a typical "big cam" sound. the cam phasers will just adjust until maximum vacuum is achieved, which essentially just changes the LSA until its idling smooth.
