Electronic limited slip diff
So I know I have read that with esld, you shouldnt change one rear tire without changing the 2nd. Is that documented anywhere? filing a tire insurance claim on an unrepairable tire, and if I can show it documented they will pay for both.
Also anyone have a hard time convincing the dealer that the 1le's do not have run-flats. I had 2 techs and one service advisor "GUARANTEEING" me that all Camaro and Corvette Z rated tired were run flats, I just laughed and said " last time you'll see me coming here for service.. Thanks in advance |

1LE's do not have run flats, they come with EAGLE F1 SUPERCAR 3's hence the air pump/sealant rig in the rear glove compartment. I would replace both even if I had to fund one if there was significant wear.

Got a nail in my side wall at 5500 miles, and they would only cover one.
That's a major tread wear difference on those tires. Just waiting for the pumpkin to die so I can take in my receipts and pg. 308 which I've high lighted. |
