Matte Hood Wrap - Old Bug Guts

I apologize if this has been discussed before but I did a quick search and didn't find anything. Looking for some suggestions on what I could do to get rid of some old bug guts and a shiny spot on my matte black wrapped hood.

There's one shiny spot about the size of a dime and quite a few spots where if you look close you can tell it's just old bug guts that weren't cleaned off in time and now have left a stain on the matte film.

I've tried:

Optimum Mineral Deposit Remover
Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte
Vinegar
Rubbing Alcohol

Nothing seems to be helping, any other suggestions? My next step was going to be Carpro Tar-X

So far Adams Car Shampoo has been getting everything off of mine from juicy bugs, bird dung, oily looking spots and evil car wax stuff.
