edit: oops I missed that there was a page 2! I got too excited. You've already said some of the stuff I was interested in hearing.

Was wondering because of the leather seats....must be a normal 2LT. Not RS package and no ZN2 electronics package (dash display is guages not the huge info screen.) It also has the black 5 spokes that aren't available on the 2LT RS.

Excellent news about the V6 and it's power. Hearing that from a V8 guy is promising!

Look forward to hearing more of your thoughts and more pictures!

It has the NPP exhaust. How does it sound? How is the road noise on the highways? How is the exhaust in quiet mode on the highways and in normal driving for that matter?

How is the handling? Does the car feel light and responsive? Does the V6 feel adequate or, am I going to kick myself for not getting the V8?

LOL^^^

Of COURSE we had to stop by and see Becky, Maureen, and Joe from Rodgers. AWESOME people and great friends.

EDIT: We found out after the fact (and kinda got yelled at) that we are not supposed to have gone to ANY dealer. THIS...we were never made aware of. It was nowhere in any writing and never told to us. If it was ever mentioned, it was mentioned before we arrived to the dinner as we were just over an hour and a half late and missed two (and a half) speeches. So if it was mentioned, we didn't know. And there's nothing we can do about it now. Yes. We went to a dealer. We've never been there and had to see friends while we were in town. We let everyone sit in it and take pictures. It truly was great to see them...and no, no one drove it nor did anyone mess with it. They all looked and gawked. So if we were wrong, sorry GM. But you're crew at Rodgers sure loved the car. Great work...TRULY great work.

That'll be there in Syracuse so if you or anyone else is free, stop by. The car will be open for everyone to check out (no, no...not drive...).

Now...time for some pictures!

Interesting.
Where are you dropping the vehicle(s)?
And who brings the cars from where you drop them to the Fairgrounds?

And I saw from your Google map itinerary that you're doing dinner at the Dinosaur BBQ. They have AWESOME BBQ. Enjoy!!

Two James Distillery and the old abandoned train station. The train station has since had all of it's windows replaced and is SO freaking cool to see in person.

Woohoo. I had a feeling that the V6 would suit me just fine. Being honest I have a feeling that the LT1/SS would be a little too much car for me and that I'd get myself in trouble.

Looks like you guys got a 6 speed too. How is the trans and shifting feel?

85 at 2600 rpm. Nice - should definitely get good gas mileage at normal hwy speeds.

Check this out! GM FINALLY listened!!!

No more of those crappy sliding mirrors that always seem to open sideways when you have them down and FINALLY, they have LIGHTS in BOTH visors. AWESOME. God, I got SO sick of opening the visor trying to see something and there's nothing but shadows...can't see a damn thing. With those lights, we can finally see what we are looking at. Ladies, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
