I don't think GM doesn't want to ship the cars they've made. I think it is just a lack of current ability. Either because of a lack of truck drivers or whatever reason for shipping logistics right now.

The biggest surprise to me is only 5% of cars painted Red Hot. Black, white and red are usually the best selling colors.

That stood out to me too with red hot being the least of the colors. Very odd.
