Yup, my set up is similar.
Kooks, perf. cats, AWE non-resonated Touring cat back.
It bites at start up, and I start up with the garage door close, but I pull out ASAP at idle.
The good thing is the houses are well insulated, so it helps.
My wife says it's not very noticeable when I drive up the road, just at start up.

Thanks for all the replys guys. I think im just gonna get new neighbors. Haha actually think im gonna wait and see if i can find the stock npp online and throw it back on the car. Made the mistake of getting rid of mine. I only planed on doing the cat back when i first bought this car but its slowly keeps getting faster somehow(;

I am sure there are OEM NPP mufflers around from people who swapped out. Look at classifieds here too....

You may even be able to snag a ZL1 NPP exhaust with the bigger tips
