1LE Diecast Thread
This thread is for those that like to collect 1LE diecast replicas. I figured I would include the 5th gen as there is only one that I know of.

AMT has a few models in 1/24th scale that can be combined to create a perfect replica of your car. The body in the snap together kit has the front grill as all one mold where the 50th kit has inserts for the grill pieces, thus allowing you to create a more accurate replica of your car without having to figure out how to paint the grill areas and keep the paint off the body color areas of the front bumper.

There are a couple more cars in 1/18th scale by Autoworld that could be combined with parts from the legit Blue SS 1LE to create a white and a black version. Just need to steal the wheels, brakes, and hood. Then remove some tampo graphics with acetone.

This next one is a 1/18th scale by GT Spirit. They are pricey resin types that don't have opening doors or hood.

These next two are 1/18th scale by LS Collectibles. Again, resin cars so no opening parts. The red one is a Hennessey 850 and the white one is obviously a replica of the Excorcist. White one is limited to 250 pieces. Not sure of limited production on the 850.

Yeah right now your only option is to build that model, but the hood, front bumper, and tail lights will be wrong.
