I bought this but it was 35 at the time. Not sure it is worth it at 50. No formatting needed just put it in. |

The manual says it has to be formatted in fat32, be 32 GB or less and a class 10 card. I know people have tired some and they just dont work. I want to get atleast a 64GB but I am not sure what one to get that I can format. I also dont know how to format one but that is what youtube is for

How many minutes would largely be determined by camera resolution in dash cam mode. For reference, 64gb cards in go pros set at 480, last us full 8-9 hour endurance races.

Does anyone know how much video time I can get out of a 128GB? I dont want to remove the card weekly to put on a computer if its a 32GB. Odds are I will forget it is full when I go to a track day and have to delete stuff on the fly

The only way for me to format a card was using my Dads camera. My computer could not do it. I forget now but I had trouble with certain brands getting to work. I finally got a 8gb card that I think was a Lexar to work.
I bought that eBay card because it said guaranteed to work and I wanted a bigger capacity card. Are there cheaper options. Yes. I am by no means a computer wiz either. Edit: The 64GB card has around 1500 - 1600 minutes of record time if my memory is correct. |
