HID on one side not working

I’m having a problem with the HID on my 2017 1LE. The driver side HID is not working. I have checked the fuse and I did replace the HID but no light. I assumed my ballast is bad so I called the dealership up and asked about ordering one and the said that there is a module that controls the HIDs also. To get to either one I have to remove the bumper but I’m not sure about how to test which one is bad. Any comments would be greatly appreciated, as I am just waiting for a ticket. Thank you for your support guys.

So I did figured it out the module and ballast are identical on the passenger side so I just swapped one side to the other and determined it was the ballast like I originally thought. Kinda odd tho the ballast went bad after only two years.
