OP: I've owned both and you can't go wrong with either GEN. With the mileage on your current model I would be leaning toward the new GEN6, that's just me...

Ram Air stickers on a non Ram Air Trans Am. That fits with all the BS you sling around the site about your Camaro.

Here is a real Ram Air with pictures with the hood up showing the special air box that only works with a correct Ram Air hood (which yours doesn't have in the picture from your last post shown above)

If money not too much of an issue... buy NEW!

Drive a Gen6 and see if you think it fits your needs / lifestyle. It's a better performer with more power and gadgets but it's also a smaller car overall which presents some limitations for some. I went from 5 to 6 and have no regrets, but it's also typically just me in the car or me & the wife. My daughter is in town this week and we had to take the '14 out so we had room for her in the back. Can't do that in my 6 without both being terribly uncomfortable with knees in the dash for the wife and my daughter's legs mashed behind the seat.

If none of that stuff matters, go for it.
