Ok, confession time, I guess I'm a little slow! I've always been a fan of Camaros. I know they were first produced in 1967 and the 2017 is the 50th year. Looking at all of these posts in this thread, it took me a couple of weeks to realize that the 50th Anniversary edition is only the Nightfall Gray ones... I even say the Fifty logos on the side and wondered why they didn't all have one!

Oh well, I got a 2017 2SS Convertible and I'm going to put my Fifty badge on the side. I think I'll still lurk here and check our your awesome cars!

Make it yours. That’s what it’s all about. Obviously there’s nothing mechanically different with our H50-F1FTYs and any other 2017MY Camaro. Mostly cosmetic treatments. “H50” is the RPO code designating the 50th Anniversary Edition options.

I don’t have the graphic handy. Someone will post rather soon I’m sure.

Regardless all are welcome. We just tend to concentrate on our specific accoutrements.

I know this is not 50 related but this group is my therapy. Before Christmas my son got rear ended in our 2011 Cadillac SRX. Yesterday the insurance company called to say they are writing it off because there is some structural damage. I get it. Sadly the offer given is a market offer that doesn't account for the TLC the car has had since new. The car probably had another 5 years of trustworthy life left in it mechanically. Now have to spend the weekend getting the kid a car before work travel kicks in.

Anyway, just wanted to vent, and again apologize for the off topic post. Tried to explain this to my wife and did not get a sympathetic ear..........

I’m sorry to hear about that wreck. But guessing he’s okay based on the post. Glad he’s okay. And that really sucks about that SRX. They were great suvs. And yeah insurance doesn’t always do the right thing. Hope you all find a good car for him.

oh yes, he is fine. The car did its job and made the ultimate sacrifice. The woman who hit him had a newer Nissan that just folded up. He was able to drive the Cadillac around (with duct tape holding the bumper up) for a month with no issues other than parking sensors missing.

Some cars are built tough others not so much. Glad it did it’s job. Still sorry the wreck happened.
