NPP different tones and valve position
Hey guys, I have a 1ss with NPP and I think it's messed up, but the dealer thinks I'm crazy. I bought it in April and showed the guys and we all could hear a tone difference from sport to track mode. Sport crackled more. Anyway a couple weeks ago the valve got stuck on tour and wouldn't move when put into sport or track. So I used the dash screen to chsnge it to sport and it opened up. The switch then started working again. However, I noticed that there was no tone difference when I switched from sport to track mode.
So I'm asking you guys if any of you ever noticed a tone difference from sport to track with NPP? Thanks

I notice a significant difference going from Tour to Sport but only a small difference from Sport to Track at idle.
I notice a significant difference between Sport and Track when driving however; Track keeps the valves open a lot more of the time. |

Thank you. I totally agree the difference from sport to track is small but noticable. I'm so furious, because not only did they not believe me nor fix the issue, I think they ragged my car. It had way more miles and way more gas used then the piece of paper saying they drove from 3053 to 3057. Plus as I drove away I noticed the miles were at 3055. I looked again at the paper and saw the numbers were ☝️. But I already left. My e brake isn't grabbing like it used to. I KNOW MY CAR. So I can tell someone ragged it. I guess all I can do is give a horrid review everywhere I can. Thanks for your input

There is a little difference the way the valves are programed for sport and track. I used HP tuners to change mine. I made sport the same as track except for 6th gear. I kept the valves closed in 6th for highway drone. I also changed tour mode to keep valves closed at startup. Helps keep the neighbors happy with no cats.
